Product complaint

All goods are covered by warranty for 24 months, unless otherwise indicated. The warranty covers only manufacturing defects. Your complaint will be filled as quickly as possible, within 30 days of its occurrence, thus accepting the claimed goods.

The guarantee does not apply to:

a) defects resulting from normal use,

b) misuse of the product,

c) improper storage.

Claim: prepared according to the provisions of Law No. 40/1964 Coll. Civil Code No. 513/1991 Coll. and Act No. 634/1992 Coll. Complaint Handling

Complaints including the removal of defects must be dealt with without undue delay, within 30 days of the claim, if the seller and buyer agree on a longer period.After this period the purchaser has the same rights as if they were irremovable defect.

The period for settlement of claims is suspended if the seller has not received all the documents necessary for settlement of a claim (of goods, other documents, etc.).
